Cancellation & Refund Policy

At HappyCoders we want you to be fully satisfied with your tool purchase. If you are not happy, we offer a straightforward refund — no questions asked — within the window below.
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request it within 3 days (72 hours) of your purchase date.
- Your purchase has not yet started (queued) — refund can be requested any time before it activates.
Refunds are not available if:
- More than 3 days have passed since the purchase date.
- The request is for a free trial (no payment was made).
- Partial refunds for unused days within an active usage period are not provided.
How to Request a Cancellation & Refund

Include in your email: your registered email address, the Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email), and a brief reason (optional).

We will confirm your cancellation within 1 business day and disable tool access.

Refund processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method (card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
Queued Purchases
If you have purchased access that has not yet started (shown as Queued in your account), you may cancel and receive a full refund at any time — even after the 3-day window — as long as the usage period has not activated.
